At Oz Security Camera Warehouse, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery and a smooth purchasing experience. Please review our shipping and returns information below.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Australian delivery typically arrives within 3–10 business days, depending on location and courier demand.
- Orders are shipped with Australia Post, Toll, or other trusted courier partners.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), courier delays may occur nationally.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is offered on all orders within Australia.
- International orders (where available) are charged at standard courier rates.
- Epress shipping is an option on most products for an additional cost.
4. Backorder Items & Supplier Delays
Some products may occasionally be listed as Back Order or temporarily out of stock.
- Backorder items are typically restocked within 2–6 weeks.
- As soon as stock arrives at our warehouse, your order is dispatched immediately.
- You will receive an update if your order is affected by unforeseen supplier delays.
5. Extended Delivery Timeframes
(Applies Only to Some Orders)
While most orders arrive within standard delivery windows, certain shipments may require additional time due to warehouse availability, freight scheduling, or supplier restocking.
This can include:
- Backorder items
- Items temporarily out of stock
- Larger or multi-unit orders
- Bulk or special orders sourced externally
If one of these orders has not arrived within 8 weeks, we will provide an update and offer options — including continuing to wait, or receiving a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., Christmas, birthdays, specific deadlines), please contact our office before placing your order so we can provide a more accurate ETA and confirm stock availability.
6. Store Pick-Up / Branch Transfers
- Orders can be collected from designated pick-up locations (contact us to confirm stock first).
- If items require transfer from another warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days.
- Branch transfers are free of charge.
- For same-day or next-day collection, email info@ozsecuritycamerawarehouse.com.au before ordering.
7. Lost, Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing:
- Contact us at info@ozsecuritycamerawarehouse.com.au
- We will lodge an investigation with the courier
- You will receive updates throughout the process
- If the parcel cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be arranged
8. Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours at info@ozsecuritycamerawarehouse.com.au with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Faulty Items (Warranty)
If a product develops a fault, we may repair or replace the item first, in line with Australian Consumer Law. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable period, a refund may be offered.

- All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax).
