SHIPPING POLICY

After choosing to place an order with Oz Security Camera Warehouse, we are pleased to advise of the following process:

  1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received.
  2. Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during transport at Oz Security Camera Warehouse.
  3. Free Delivery an all products store wide to Australian addresses only. 
  4. Overseas orders will be charged at shipping rates when ordered.  
  5. In Stock Items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days & Delivered within 3-10 days via Australia Post and Toll **Please note there may be slight delays due to Covid**
  6. Due to the worldwide – Australia wide freight – logistics delays Oz Security Camera Warehouse cannot offer refunds on delayed freight / delivery of goods. If an item has not arrived within 8 weeks customers have an option to continue waiting or receive a full refund. 
  7. When ordering online “back Order Items” means the Goods  in transit from are from our warehouse or manufacturer can take up to 6 weeks to arrive at our site locations. 
  8. If a branch transfer is required customers have the option to collect from any of our site locations or have Goods sent to their nominated address free of charge. If Collecting from one of our locations and a site transfer is required there will be no extra charge applied. Please allow up to 10 Business days for Goods to be transferred between locations. If same / next day pick up is preferred please contact us at info@ozsecuritycamerawarehouse.com.au to ensure we have the Goods in stock at your closest location before making your order or Goods will be automatically transferred.

RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at info@ozsecuritycamerawarehouse.com.au and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Oz Security Camera Warehouse does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Oz Security Camera Warehouse reserves the right to replace / fix a faulty item on the first occasion before an item is refunded. 

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email.
